What's Your Story?

“What’s Your Story?” is a Workbook which takes you on a journey of discovering the richness and depth of your experiences.  The Workbook is structured around three approaches for unpacking & reflecting on your life stories:

  2. recurring roles you play, and 
  3. the lens of your mind, body, and spirit.
