Harmony with Nature

Living in harmony with Nature involves having a deep understanding of Nature’s needs, of what it takes to ensure the healthy life of the natural world, and ways to protect and honour Nature.

When we care for someone, we take steps to develop a more intimate appreciation of their multifaceted dimensions.  Indeed, we invest a great deal of energy and time getting to know certain people who cross our path.  A similar attention to the natural environment would I suggest most assuredly bring about a shift in how we view, interact with and consider the place of Nature in the cosmic whole.

Focus of the Meditation

Connect with any form of Nature that you are drawn to, become one with it, become that form.  By form of nature I mean a tree, a bird, a flower, a particular animal etc.   Become that form and see where that takes you in your meditation.  

Meditation Reflection

Nature is an example of harmony and integration on so many levels.  Look to it as a model and a guide for building harmony not only between self and Nature but also between self and the wider community.  Rich indeed is the evidence of harmony on the Natural plane - look, observe and absorb.

Nature can teach us and inspire us about the playful approach to Enlightenment.
